Back to reality.

I almost cried today.

Does that mean that I am not a robot? Because I was starting to wonder.

I am not a great debater.

"I don't want to be at the mercy of my emotions. I want to use them, to enjoy them, and to dominate them."

And once I've reached my quota of thinking for the day, I watch the rest of the world move along in front of me.
This is just a start. But at least I am somewhere.

It feels like the beginning. But don’t all beginnings end?

Confusion is a totally legitimate phase of working things out. We may need a period of ambiguity, uncertainty, or lack of clarity before we can see what is going on

We must accept that all humans are a combination of contradictions. Especially you Kristen, especially you.

For the week of June 16th-
“The coming weeks could be a Golden Age for your perceptiveness. If you're even moderately aligned with the cosmic rhythms, you will be able to discern hidden agendas that no one else has spotted, catch clues that have been hidden, and be able to recognize and register interesting sights you've previously been blind to. To maximize your ability to cash in on this fantastic opportunity, say this affirmation frequently: "My eyes are working twice as well as usual. I can see things I don't normally notice."
~
My first ever cassette tape was Crystal Gail. I don’t remember any songs she sang, but I loved her long hair.
~
I don't think I need to say anything else. I think I'm just going to sit here in the dark because I cannot stand the thought that I might be forced to watch that commercial again.
~
“'For the rest of the time, humans would be born sensing that there was some missing part - a lost half, which we love almost more than we love ourselves - and that this missing part was out there someplace, spinning through the universe in the form of another person. We would also be born believing that if only we searched relentlessly enough, we might someday find that vanished half, that other soul. Through union with the other, we would recomplete our original form, never to experience loneliness again.
This is the singular fantasy of human intimacy: that one plus one will somehow, someday, equal one.”
-Elizabeth Gilbert
